What to expect on your first visit.
On average, a patient’s first visit lasts about an hour. We typically ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early to sign-in, complete paperwork and/or change clothes
On your first visit, you’ll need to bring your insurance card, your primary registration forms, your ID or driver’s license and your co-payment (as applicable). Wear comfortable clothes.
During your first visit, Joe will do an initial evaluation and discuss your plan of care based on the finding in your evaluation. Future visits will be determined by both you and Joe.

No, we are a direct access physical therapy office. Direct access is exactly what it sounds like: patients have direct access to us. You do not need to see your physician to begin with an individualized therapy plan.
Yes, we work with worker's compensation plans.
Please dress comfortable for your visit. We don't want you to wear anything that will hinder your ability to perform exercises with proper form. Clothing that allows access to the treatment area (such as shorts) are also a great idea.
